UPAN Monthly Meeting – April 2015

Please join the Utah Prisoner Advocate Network for our next monthly meeting. Guest Speaker will be Jan Nicol, Chief Hearing Officer for the Board of Pardons and Parole. If you have specific questions about the processes and procedures of the Board, please email them to Molly by March 15th at [email protected]. We want to prepare a list of the most pressing questions for Ms. Nicol to prepare to answer as part of her presentation. She will not be able to discuss specific cases. Free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!

The Utah Prisoner Advocate Network (UPAN) is dedicated to supporting families and loved ones as they navigate the challenging journey of incarceration. When a friend or family member is incarcerated, it can be an overwhelming experience, as supporters face the complex rules, regulations, and restrictions of life separated by bars. UPAN works to make this transition less complicated and isolating by providing resources and support for families while also advocating for better conditions and fairness within Utah’s correctional facilities.
