A Performance Audit of the Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) by the Utah Office of the Auditor General was completed on April 3rd, 2017. It found the Utah Department of Correction’s SOTP has poor management and oversight, outdated treatment models, and backlog inefficiencies.

UPAN Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday every month from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm unless otherwise noted. We do not meet in July and December. See Upcoming Events above for locations and topics. Free and open to the public, all are welcome.
