DESCRIPTION:Many of our guests at this January’s “Faith In Reform” event at Salt Lake Community College expressed a concern about law enforcement’s role in making the problems in our criminal justice system worse. Several innocent people have been hurt or killed by police officers since our January gathering – in Utah\, and across the country. Excessive force and police brutality remain very serious issues\, and they will not be resolved without strong involvement from the communities that are most impacted.
