Our featured speaker\, Jared Hill\, CMHC\, is the Director of UDC’s Sex Offender Treatment Program and brings years of experience as a clinical mental health counselor working directly with justice-involved populations. \n\n\n\nMr. Hill will provide an overview of evidence-based tools used within Utah’s prison system to assess criminal risk and needs\, including how these tools inform treatment planning\, supervision levels\, and parole decisions.
